This website provides information about Kairon Systems LLC and access to selected demonstrations of its work. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.

Interactive demonstrations

Interactive systems made available through this website, including numb_cged, are demonstrations unless Kairon expressly states otherwise.

Demonstrations are provided for exploration, examination, and evaluation. They are not intended to provide legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or other professional advice or to serve as production decision systems.

Acceptable use

You may interact with the public functionality provided by the website. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, bypass access controls or usage limits, obtain another visitor's runtime state or proof artifacts, access non-public files or source code, exploit the service to attack another system, or use automated or abusive traffic in a manner that disrupts availability for others.

Kairon may limit, reject, suspend, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, demonstrations, infrastructure, other visitors, or third-party infrastructure used to provide the service.

Temporary demonstration state

numb_cged may create temporary continuity records, substrate-result records, and proof artifacts as part of normal demonstration use. These materials are temporary and are subject to the retention practices described in the Privacy notice.

Visitors are responsible for downloading any proof artifact they wish to retain before it expires.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written material, demonstrations, software presentation, names, graphics, and other original materials made available by Kairon Systems remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.

Public access to a demonstration permits use of the public interface for its intended purpose. It does not grant access to, ownership of, or a license to non-public source code, private repositories, implementation materials, internal records, or other non-public Kairon materials.

Public information

Some Kairon materials are intentionally made publicly accessible for demonstration, explanation, evaluation, or publication. Nothing in these terms is intended to characterize materials that have not actually been made public as publicly disclosed.

Availability

Kairon may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website or demonstration functionality at any time, including for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, development, or operational reasons.

No warranty

The website and demonstrations are provided on an as-available basis for informational and evaluation purposes. Kairon Systems does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of demonstration state, or that every feature will operate without error.

Third-party services

Certain optional functionality may interact with third-party services. In particular, the numb_cged proof feature may submit a cryptographic commitment to OpenTimestamps calendar servers when a visitor explicitly requests proof. Third-party services operate under their own systems and practices.

Changes to these terms

Kairon may revise these terms as the website, demonstrations, or operating practices change. The effective date above will identify the version currently in effect.
